Take it into an ericsson service centre and list the problem. They should replace a part in the phone and upgrade your phone software. The best time to do this is in March. As you will require to go to a service point once. To fix your mic and upgrade to MMS! Ive had my mic sorted and upgraded to R2A! Its much better now.
