How can i increase the volume of incoming SMS From were can I buy a datacable drs-11 TO CONNECT PHONE TO MY PC(LINK PLEASE) APPRECIATE YOUR HELP AS I AM NEW HERE

I would recommend going into your local cellphone dealer and asking them where the upgrading service is availible.
