They generally are good but look out for manufacturing defects i.e. Small pointy bumps, which can scratch the phone.

Clear plastic cases are uncommonly crack prone and depending on the phone model might even make it impossible to use some keys.

I can only recommend you not to buy one. In my experience they are little more than a total waste of money.

Cheers.

mine, for the W950i lasted about 10 days.

One of the 'clips' cracked quite early and the halves of the case would not stay together... There was also a crack on the back portion of the case

And I am very very careful with my phones!

I bought this 'rubberized' case in Singapore when I travel there (actually bougth it 2 months before buying K800 ) I like it because it is black and blend with the mobile. It is very thin and might not protect too much if your mobile fall from your pocket to concrete floor. But it has good grip (rubber like) and best of all it got clear plastic to cover LCD. Well it may defeat the purpose of good LCD form SE but it does not bother me too much. All key operation is OK and it prove it can stand a bang between my mobile and my universal remote.

Sorry if the pict is a bit OoF. I use my wife Z610 and try to fill the pict and seems that it is too close for the free focus lens.

Edit: @jack77777 you need to use screen protector first. I know it seems overkill but putting a plastic over LCD directly is actually have more chance scratching it.

i've got the for my k750 + k800.
the k750 one is excellent in fit and build quality and protected it when i dropped it,didnt even break.
as for th k800s,i havnt even used it as the fit and finish of it is crap.
its pot luck when buying, you either get a god one or a shoddy ill fitting one.

I've been considering getting the crystal case for my 850 but heard really bad things about it. Other cases look pretty rubbish and some make it so you cannot open the slider.

Does anyone else have the crystal case? Is it any good? Does it stop you using the two buttons above the screen?

I've used them for a while now and have had no problems. Especially with the one I have for my K800.

Never USED one of those as it MIGHT SCRATCH the fone, but if ever I will be choosing one, I'll get the RUBBERIZED, like that of: hanugro's . . . but for now, I will still be very much dpendent with my leather case . . . [addsig]

@Rookwise. Mine is similar to you. How do you find opening the lens protector? Is it easy? I still have the plastic sheet on the lens protector and opening it with the phone case is a bit difficult.
