The E61i looks like a sweet little phone, just hope on two things happening. First that what the pictures show is wrong and it will be in an alloy metal case. Second that it comes out at least amonth before the e90. Once those two requirements are fullfilled im a happy puppy.

Yep, same screen resolution.

Considerably thinner than E61.

Mine is in a white plastic and alloy shell. Nicer than brown

Just when I finally brought up the nerve to ask my e61 to marry me and have my babies... Typical!
Seeing that e61 is just after winning yet another award (current issue pcplus "editor's choice/must have") what the hell will the added "i" do to the competition?
Verrrrrrry Goooooood!!! Hope it remains as amazingly cheap!!!! [addsig]

Considerably thinner than E61?

The E61 is 14mm at the thickest and 11.7mm at the thinnest, the E61i is 13.9/11.5

Not really CONSIDERABLY thinner is it?

Actually, looking a bit closer, the E61i is both wider and heavier than the E61 according to Nokia.com.

Well, when both are put on a table, E61i is definitely considerably thinner. Dont have a E61 at hand right now to post a picture. Must be something wrong with the E61 measurements

Hi all,
Well over at All About Symbian they have a comparison and features chart where you can input the things that are priorities for you. Having done this the results for me where
1)Nokia E61i
2)Nokia E90
3)Nokia N93

I really don't think i want change my N93 for the E61i or the E90 either, but you might like to give it a try and see what results you get. Here is the link http://3lib.ukonline.co.uk/grid.htm

I would be interested to see what kind of results you guys get as maybe it is right and just a case of my heart ruling my head.

Marc
