how for fix theme and camera on a s700i |

i gave my sister my s700i once i got my w810i. when i took it back to get some file out of it i notice that the themes was mess up and also the camera. when i go o the menu section there is no picture for the theme, its just a blank screen with icon. i tried changing theme to see if it was just that theme. but it was blank for all the theme. only the menu section is mess up. and for the camera, when i open it to take picture it, it shut off and reopen by itself many time.
can i do a master reset to fix this problem? |

u can give a try of course, but a flash should work more effective imo

I'd try a master reset, also check that the battery is still OK. It's about that age they may start to die.
