@Guy H,
you have to put the full string with the cda ie. CDA162007/1

Cheers. Took a guess you needed to as I got an error without the CDA. Just done it and updated. ALl went smoothly so far. Just starting the phone again. Update detected Generic world 1. nice and smooth to 49% then waited maybe a minute before jumping to 100%

my advise is to master reset and run seus again just to be sure of a clean install. (at least that's what i did). it's better to be safe than sorry right.

How long did it take for your login details to come through? I have been waiting a few hours now.

Ordered my credits last night and got the email through this morning. I changed the CDA from Vodafone UK to 162007/1, World Generic; on reboot there were 2 CDA's.

I did a Master Reset and then ran SEUS, it recognised my phone as World Generic. Went through the setup procedure after which there is now only 1 CDA, World Generic.

I've now got rid of all the Vodafone branding and the phone is working perfectly

Here's a quickie.

What happens to the connections when you remove the Voda branding. Will we need to repopulate the voda MMS, WAP and GPRS settings manually?

It picks up the new setting automatically. Will just need to set up your email again.
