I'd bought a second hand HBH-10 which I'd asked previously on here a month or so ago was worth the £40 I could buy it for and most of you thought it was a good deal.

After using it for a short while and checking the firmware rev it was very out of date and needed sending back to SE.

Imagine the shock and delight when you go back into your SE service center 10 days later and find they have given me a brand new & boxed HBH-30 in exchange!

It's been a good week for me and getting this just the icing on the cake ;o)

I had an HBH15 that the ear pieces broke on, and just wanted to order replacements. They told me the 15 was no longer made and the pieces were not available. So, I asked, what do I do now? They replied give us your address and we will send a new one. I said a new one what? They said a new HBH30, but it will take about 6 weeks, sorry for the delay. That OK, I can wait... 2 days later it was on my step. Just cost the shipping of the old one back, about a week later.
