Hi, pls help, my 1 yr old k750i cannot send text message with more than 160 character, always message sending failed.

I dont know whether this is the right place to ask this question..but here it is ...can the latest firmware version in K750i allows you to send sms in background ..or does the W700i has this feature

In your text message settings menu you have the option to:

'Fit all in one message' or 'use the maximum available'.

Make sure you phone is set to do the latter.

If that does not work then maybe your network doesn't support messages of more than one being sent at once.

Hi goldenface, my settings are already set that way... It used to work properly before.... I also have a friend with the same problem with his k700i. Thanks!

Phone your network and see if there are any network problems at the moment - it could just be a temporary fault. Or they may not even know about the problem.

Check SMS settings and configure it to: long or maximum. Good Luck and welcome here.

so the problem is with your provider. when you had the problem with your k700, were you on the same provider?
