Is Cingular very bad with 850Mhz freq.?my phone doesnt support that freq. I will have problems with serice? If yes..Where? |

New England - T-Mobile.
Decent reception with relatively affordable rate plans.
Only other GSM provider is ATT which has pricier rate plans.

Dominican Republic - Claro 3G
Excellent reception but kinda costly. However, I can use VoIP (skype) through 3G so I can lower my costs.
