1) What is with the capitalization restrictions in thread titles? I understand it looks bad when an entire title is caps, but with the current settings if you put two achronyms in a title it won't take it... it's too strict.
2) You should be able to start a new topic from the thread lists. Why do you have to actually go into a thread to get a link to start a new topic?

1. I will be happy to look into other solutions. WITHOUT THE CAP. RESTRICTIONS, MEMBERS WILL WRITE TOPICS LIKE THIS.
2. You are able to start new topics/threads from the thread list  I don't think is a good solution to add a New Post link on the forum list page. It's enough misplaced posts as it is.
