I sent a half-crazed message to SE asking when the p800 was finally going to be available and the following was their reply. Expansys is saying early 2003 though.

Opinion: On the P800, release the phone already!!! I've been waiting for months, months, I want it now! Like today I got the new December Wired magazine and there it is on Page 124, then I have to see these James Bond promos; why must you torment me so ?!?!
I talked the P800 up at work months ago and now I'm being taunted about it being vaporware. You have to come through with the phone soon! Please!
