i have a w810i, which just vibrates when you insert the battery (nothing but vibrating, no white screen, no red led in the IRDA port).
i have tried charging the battery to its full capacity and it still vibrated (working battery!)
I have tried to get SEUS and Davinci to to recognize it.... no sucess
Any other options apart from sending it to SE?

imo the best option is the service, it could be fw or even hw bug

i dont think sending it to SE would be an option as i have opened it up

yeah, ive got a few near me
on a better note, i have sorted the code problem with the K608i

the local shop said it would cost £40 and according to them, it also has a software fault.
