just got this yesterday and i have a few questions for the group

1. i created a phone entry with the 'W' after the number which sends the pin code to check my voice messages. however, i have the same settings for SE W800i and it sends the pin automatically after the voice prompt, yet with the N73, i have to push the send button to transmit the pin. is this normal?

2. i try to setup a pin code so whenever i turn on the phone, it will ask for it. i go into security -> phone and sim -> turn on PIN code request, it asks for a PIN code and whatever i enter, it says CODE ERROR. can someone shed some light here.

3. i keep seeing the icon for voice mail, but then when i check it, there is NONE. it comes once in a while. is this a BUG?

HELP... i entered the wrong code three times. now it asks for the PUK code. i can not get into my phone. where do i get the PUK code?

ok, i got the PUK code from the store where i got the home. i enter the PUK code, then it asks for the NEW PIN CODE, i enter 1234, then it asks to VERIFY NEW PIN CODE, i enter 1234. now it say code error again.

any idea??

thanks for any input.

you sure its the call divert sign? it looks very simerler to the missed call icon. best thing to do just to check is first, go into your call diverts and turn divert all voice calls, then turn it back off again, or go into ur call log and find the missed call log....hope thats a little help?

thanks guys...

1. i was able to enter 'W' & 'P' when entering phone numbers.
2. i was able to call T-Mobile to find out the PUK and SIM card codes.

3. i still see the voice message icon whenever i power off and on the phone. does any have the same issue?

also, i use BT to send over a .sis file. it gets to the inbox and when i open this .sis file, it says 'installing filename.sis is not supported here'. now, how do i install .sis files?? i don't suppose i HAVE to transfer the file via the cable, right?
