ive got two k800is one is an older black one and the other is a new silver one the black is on voda and the silver is on o2 the black one connects fine to my pc but the silver one doesnt show up at all. all it does is comes up with the options on the phone and then just comes up in the bubble at the bottom of the screen on my pc saying new hardware found, i followed the instructions to install it and it still doesnt see the new phone.
can any one help its doing my head in.
