I would like to voice out that arnoldc has a point on his last post before the lockdown, and i agree with that. Most of the time we take for granted our freedom until someody takes it away from us.

Again, and it's just a suggestion, but why not just create a chatroom in IRC where everybody could go and chat like chatters? why do it in a forum? Yes, i know there are advantages to it, like archiving on what's going on, posting specific questions to specific individuals, etc. I do believe you can pin point more advantages to this (oh, and users of GPRS can browse thru it maybe the most important of all).

And then again, think about it. You may be able to see the advantage of having an IRC chatroom. Maybe a Yahoo Messenger conference, etc.

Let me know what you think.

In my case, we can't use IRC here at work because of the firewall. Only Yahoo Messenger works here. Sorry, I can't join in.

most of the ppl here are using wap device to post, only 7650 has an irc client, since majority of ppl here are 68 users, so thats why only few ppl joins your irc., whereas yahoo is available for wap devices.

we're at an interesting junction right now. so, what do you think about the PCC thread?

are we in crisis? if so, it can only lead to opportunity or danger.

for private, one-on-one chats, i like to suggest that you sign up on yahoo, then using your wap device u can log-in to mm.yahoo.com; since gprs is still free, and at the same time, u dont have to use your sms allocation.

more free hd spaces for esato...

pcc is mainly for group discussions, quiries, announcements, etc...

@Scythe and 619: You people have a very strong point there. And i can see the advantages of PCC as opposed to chatrooms and the like. But like Gowin states, what we do from here on out, will either lead to opportunity or danger.

PCC has become a chatroom of sorts, where people there treat it like IRC or IMs, that's why i ask the question.

Addressed to all PCC users: So where do you wanna go?

Has the rules of PCC gone waaayyy down the line that no one reads them anymore? Maybe that's something to look into.
