Does anyone know anything about Seimens reliability? This S55 seems to be almost the perfect choice. About the same size as a T68 but with bigger buttons that would suits a blokes fingers. The advertising offers all of the good stuff Bluetooth, GPRS, Email client, Color etc. Seems to good to be true.
What has been your experience with Seimens handsets?

Siemens is well known for good build quality, reasonable prices and reliability. The new s55 seems to follow that trend IMO, but they might be a little late on the release of this one since it doesn't really provide anything new or innovative to the market.

There are new phones w/ colored screens in the market. New is the S57 w/ camera. Its a good brand but lacks consumer support and assistance depending on the country you are in,accessories are hard to find. Email: 09177144430@globextm.com.ph

Well its interesting. I have just been reviewing your link for the S57 and in comparing the S55 and S57 they seem to be identical with the exception of length and weight. I wonder what the point is of producing these two model so close together with apparently the same features (unless I missed something - its late here...).

My guess is that Siemens are trying to do what Nokia does. Releasing lots of "different" models with no difference except the design... |
