I can't get my K800 to connect to my HBH-600. They are compatible according to the SE web site.
It's perfectly OK with my K700. Any ideas? |

What is your firmware version. Try to update to latest firmware if you are still on older one. Some said that problem with bluetooth headset disappear after upgrading. Got the same problem with HBH-60, HBH-660 and S700. HBH-660 works perfectly with K800.
FYI, you may want to upgrade your EROM first if you are still on older R3A011. Updating through SEUS to R1GB001 firmware make your EROM CID to 51 and if you got WSOD then you can't fix it yourself yet.

Thanks for all that. You'll have to bear with me! How do I find out the firmware version? How do I upgrade it? |

OK, Ifound the service menu. I'm on R1CB001 and R3A016 (EROM). |

OK, I'm now on R1GB001 but still no connection to HBH-600.
Any more thoughts? |

Well, bizarrely, I held the 2 volume buttons on the headset (as recommended by Orange support) together for 5 secs and it now works!
Never had to do that on the K700!
Thanks for your help, guys. |

Nice to see it work OK. The press 2 vol button is to make the headset enter discovery mode.
BTW, I always suspect my S700 to be the culprit and not the headset itself.
