Just acquired the K800i. Problem is when i try to access a contact by inputting the first letters of the contact i want, it does not go the the specific contact, but to the first name on every letter i press. I have checked with other users of the phone, but they do not have the same problem. Can anybody help, please? | |

Later versions of the firmware lets you search contacts properly. Try the online update service. It is available on the se website under the support pages. | |
