K750i 2GB Memory stick Issue. |

I recently e-bayed a 2 GB Memory stick duo pro. However, the phone does not recognise the memory beyond 512 MB, when I move a mp3, it moves to the memory but when I try to play it does not play, and even the pictures does not get stored.
Can anyone tell me what the problem is? |

Format the card first and store it to music folder, had the same problem once

that sounds like you may have a fake mem stick to me.
they have hacked firmware to display 2gb when they are 256mb or 512mb cards, once you go past 512mb (for example), they will display read/write errors and not let you play stuff back
