Motorola L7i - any good? |

Okay, its thin, it runs i-mode, but is it any good as a successor to the L7??
I've been offered one, don't know how much they're worth, and if it's anything like a V3i, the I guess the camera will be bad, music will be not much better. Oh, and if it's i-mode, I guess it won't run normal JAVA games(as DoCoMo use their own version exclusively for i-mode)......
So, does anyone have one?? Or anyone used one?? All comments appreciated, as always!!

I know about the L7e, the i is exclusive to O2UK tho......

Aware, is the phone given on a contract? What's the price?
If you are a demanding kind of user, I suggest you go for a WindowsMobile phone or a Nokia Symbian phone. Because these phones have loads of useful 3rd party softwares.

Thanks Ali, the L7i won't be my main phone(I have stable P990 for that, plus K800), in fact probably won't keep it for long, but I don't like giving my friends bad phones, so if it's not much cop, I won't get it in the first place.....

I still don knw ur budget... but for a good smartfon i'd recommend Nok E50.
If u r lukin 4 gud music capabilities along with gud Java support I suggest a Nok 5300.
If you r jus into luks & can sacrifice on functionality, u may luk into L7i(e)

The L7i certainly has good luks and a better cam. But if it strictly follows its ancestor, it'd hav a slow UI & the browsing experience may suffer badly...

I-Mode phones are awful, the L6 i-mode phone is a shambles. No videos, no mp3, nothing. Awful, with horrible branding too. L7i will be the same probs with a few additions
