Advice sought on the UK network - Three (3! |

I know they had a lot of teething problems when launched but can anyone provide us with up to date info on their network coverage? Are they still as bad as they were at launch.
I have been offered a K800i for 17.50 per month x 18 months for free! No redemption etc etc straight away half price line rental from £35 pm to £17.50 pm! This seems like a stunning deal but just not sure about the network!
Also does anyone know what the branding is like on their handsets? Any help appreciated - thanks  |

Branding is minimal. Planet 3 as right soft key.

Network seems to have improved where we are.
Before it was poor, now much better in Lancashire.
Many friends & family are now on 3.

No probs, so what you're saying is they will charge only £17.50 p/m?
It's not the cashback thing is it!

Nope - NO CASHBACK
Out and out £17.50 pm x 18 months i.e half price line rental for 18 months = 700 anytime mins + 200 texts + £5 of free downloads per month
Ordered now - phone will be in tomorrow! |

WOW, thats a great deal. Personally hate all the cashback deals - too much hassle. Did you do this online or at the shop?

Yep the cashback deals make life too complicated! I got this deal at my local 3 store - it was a managers special run over the weekend but I got him to do it for me this morning as I didnt want to sign on the dotted line until I did my internet research on 3! |
