I think this is just a prototype theme, just like the walkman color skins. However, there is a theme here on estao, that quite same as this one. It's in the m600 themes topic.

The one that on se-uiq is just a copy of this, because it have black bars, an interesting back button, and there aren't any search bar in album browser mode...I think there aren't any official SE made theme like this.
