FYI: The P800 is described as a "Superphone" on page 124 of the December 2002 issue of Wired magazine; listed at $600 USD. I think that's an extremely reasonable list price.

Yes, a reasonable price, and Wired is a magazine I'd always trust...
But I'm Italian, and the price in Italy is not that cheap, but may be it will drop in a few months.
Anyway I think the SE strategy is the right one, the price does matter! |

i really wish its true and the price would be 600$
but i dont think so in most websites its estimated to be 800-850$

A webshop's estimated price for T300 was around SEK 7000 before it was released and no-one knew anything.
That's like EUR 800. Everyone else is just as clueless as we are. And that is all there is to say about the price for P800.
