Making your own ringtone |

Hi, has anyone used a make your own ringtone service? i have been told about remixmobile.com, but am not sure if there is a better one out there - i dont want to download software, so online if possible.

Would you not have to pay to use these type of services?
You would be better off using software to make you're own.
Another alternative would be to snatch (right click and save) content such as whats in playlists to use as ringtones.
Heres an example

All samples there can be right clicked and downloaded, not bad as ringtones. Could be edited a bit more if so wish with software. Or simply edit you're other songs with something like nero mp3 pro. Nero mp3 pro in nero wav editor is good i find because it makes the snippets for ringtone small. |

I use cdEX to convert my CD's to MP3. It can also create MP3 ringtones but extracting a section of the song.
I've used it to make MP3 ringtones of U2's Vertigo and Mysterious Ways.
Pretty simple to do.
