I find it hard to sleep at night even though i am so tired.

People always say to me that its because i have something on my mind but i cant think of anything that would keep me awake

Might be something on your subconcious [addsig]

Well I've been naughty when it comes to not going to bed lol...

Usually I go to sleep at about 1-2am, but I did once not go to sleep until 5am only to have to wake up at 6am to get ready to catch a bus to college.

Also there was that time during Christmas where I didn't sleep for 2 days, but what can I say... I love my computer and I can't resist the BF2 shortcut.

I was flying down to London about a month back for business and I never slept for 3 days.

My flight was at 6am on the wednesday morning so i never slept on the tuesday night incase i missed my flight.

I never slept when i got there cause i had to work and then the next two nights i was out on the razzle dazzle with a few collegues in picadilly circus so was a great time.

Well worth the lack of sleep

But of course it caught up with me in the end lol

The sleep always catches you

Problem is, staring for 2 days without sleep at a computer screen trying to focus on a gun aim and the person your trying to shoot wide awake somewhere else in the world with every energy advantage over you is quite a thing to do lol, not forgetting the bloodshot watering eyes and the splitting headache.

Actually I did, I had a mini-siester on my lunch

Its no good for you. You body easily adapts to getting hardly any sleep. I'm almost back to normal now. Got to sleep around 02:45hrs last night and will have an early night tonight.

I couldn't sleep last night so I got up and had a great big bowl of strawberry sponge pudding and custard which seemed to do the trick.
