P990: BST-34 battery replaced by BST-40 |

BST-34 battery will not hit the market. It's replaced by the BST-40 witch will be available in stores in the beginning of february.
No data on the BST-40 ist avail at the moment. |

I have heard an extra 170mAh but I hope it will be more as 1120mAh isnt much of a hike.
However I am sure many of you will have noticed there is extra phisical space in the compartment for a larger battery (and the battery is only rounded at the edges by poorly affixed plasitc sections) so I could see posiblity of room for up to roughly 1500mAh, 1400mAh is the highest I think we are likely to see.
Though I expect they may be trying to keep to the same phiscal size so it will fit in the other bst-33 handsets eg K800i.

the guy never fails in SE info, so...we can expect the decent battery for our P990s end of June, start of July

To be honest i can't see the P700 being delayed as there isn't much to go wrong as it is mostly bundled together using technology that exists in current phones with an improved uiq!
