Opera Mini 3 and the K800i |

After using Opera Mini 3 on my K800i I cannot get it to connect to anything (through my O2 GPRS account). This has happened on my S700 and my Z800 and the fix for that was to change the Internet Mode from WAP to HTTP.
I checked the usual place for this setting on the K800 and it isn't there! Has it been moved to some other menu or have SE gotten rid of that option? I've never had Opera Mini working on any of my SE phones without changing that setting and I cannot think why it would not be there on the K800i.
Anyone else have this problem (or indeed the Internet Mode option missing)? |

Yep, have this problem too. Also everytime I click on a link it never works and have to click on it twice, very annoying. Since I got v.3 it's been rubbish, and it knackers my 02 wap link.

I had that bug too... After opera mini 3.0 was working flawlessly on my k790, one day it refused to connect to the gprs, constantly giving an error message. after i upgraded to opera mini 3.06 that bug went away.. I have an unbranded phone.. So i'd suggest upgrading your opera mini to the latest version if u haven't tried that.

My ye olde faithful opera mini fix for O2's GPRS would work I am sure, if SE didn't remove that fecking option!!!
So annoyed with the K800i right now, with that missing option and the video thumbnail previews making the phone reboot its beginning to get to me! |
