Hi,

Im hoping this isn't true but im reading on the intenet that the newer Samsungs mine included cannot allow you to preset MP3's as Ringtones,

Ive noticed that my handset the Z650i wont allow me to preset any MP3 of any sort, I don't understand this why have Samsung included MP3's on the phone when you cans't assign them as a Ringtone at all?

I have emailed Samsung still awaiting a response etc,
I hope tbh it's just gonnabe a Firmware update to fix this later on, if not Samsung have really ruined there new phones if thats the case

Does anyone know of any MP3 converters to convert to MMF ?
my phone plays all the ringtones through this atm....

on the D600 you couldn't change the SMS tones, there was about 4 of them but they weren't MP3 ones.

Samsung mite be making some explanation of this btw,
just how many kids sit on the bus with there mobiles cranked up MP3'wise?
it's really irritating minding your own buisness then some lil bugger walks on playing some crap of a track

my phone isn't supported yet of Samsung fun club,
I cannot download nothing, so I have to look for MP3 to MMF convertor or just lump the fact stick with Polytones for the next 12 months just great!
