Japan's KDDI has released a mobile phone peripheral called Alc-Mobile, which is a breathalizer that uses the phone to simultaneously measure blood-alcohol level, verify the person taking the test (using the phone's camera) and also identify his location (using the phone's built-in GPS feature) It's designed for cab and bus companies who want to test drivers!
