K800i and video calls |

Hi there,
my wife's K800i has a problem with video calls. Her phone doesn't send the picture to the other phones in video call mode.
The front camera is working, we can see the picture before making the call, but once the call is up, the camera shuts down and the picture is just black on the other phone.
I'm having a P3600, and she receives my picture very well, but i can't see her 
Do you have any ideas on what would cause this issue?

Might be a fw bug,is it branded?

Is it a static black or can u just make out objects, can you see the camera hole?
Maybe something covering the camera...

Hi,
we're both on Proximus network (Belgium) and it worked the first days.
Now, only she sees me. On my phone, it's just black square, while on hers, the camera isn't turned on (She doesn't see herself).
Is that possible that camera was turned off by some manipulation? How to turn it back on now? |

You play with the settings?
Maybe its on stop camera?

Check the settings, choose "more" at the vid call. If it worked once, then its not op failure

I didn't see anything relevant in the More menu for the camera, except a Brightness and another setting i don't remember.
Are there some hidden keys to activate/deactivate features while i Video Call mode, like with the Cybershot mode to enable/disable flash, BestPic, etc...? |

Try swapping sims. If your sim in the k800i still doesnt send pictures then it is the phone but if the 3600 wont send then its your wifes account problem.
