To change your phone sutdown image you need to access your phone filesystem with FAR Manager. It is very easy to customize your phone using FAR if the phone is CID36. But the problem appears with CID49 phones, due to FAR's CID49 incompatibility. So you need to use other 3rd party software like PhoneXS to access the phone's filesystem and change your shutdown image\animation. The picture/animation is stored in the phone filesystem as a regular .gif picture\animation, and if you have access to the filesystem you can change it.
See here how to access CID36 phone's filesystem using FAR Manager:

P.S. ANY kind of advanced phone customization and filesystem access breaks your phone warranty, so once you modify your phone with FAR, you lose the warranty.
Thanks!

The K800 is CID49. Actually I don't know the method service centres use to recognize if the phone is customized with FAR or not, but after all I think the numbers of the phone firmware and etc... that are unique are changed and they recognize it, but I'm not sure. This is only my opinion. And as I said the K800 is CID49 you won't be able to customize it using FAR so you should look for customizing guide for Phone XS, but I'm not that sure for the K800 because I haven't tested it yet, if it works with Phone XS or not.
