I don't know if everyone knows this (I certainly didn't), but it is possible to upload pictures to your T68 with files greater than 3000 bytes. Apparently the 3000 bytes limit is only true when download pictures from a WAP site (some sort of limitation with WAP I think).

You can actually upload pictures with a maximum size of 8000 bytes using the software available from:

http://wap.sonyericssonmobile.com/LOGIC/engine/ePreview.asp?_i=125&_c=RunMaxDefault&_s=920625375&_v=max&_p=true

You will need to download and install the 'Mobile Phone Editor' first and then the 'Download MyPictures Software' you can create your own pictures and then upload them to your phone.

Sorry I am new to all of this f****** wicked phone. I use to have a Nokia, if Ericsson keep this up I don't think I'll be going back.

You can also upload pictures by the following method. Edit picture in standard editing package like photoshop to 256 colours and 8k or less, 101 x 80 pixels gif format. Copy to pda (ipaq) via activesync. Beam to T68. Voila!

ps sorry mikaalto, didn't realise your link gave the same information re size etc. Useful to know about the ipaq beaming though!
