Right, ive just spent 20mins using the 'search' option and couldnt find the answer so i thought id better check here.
Can someone talk me through the best way to unlock a w900 please?

Afaik its possible only with testpoint

u have to take the fone in aparts and falsh directly some aparts of the mobo. sorry, i just saw how they are doing it, never did it on my own.

You don't need to take it apart. Go to Total Multi-Server and download the client and a login. You need a cruiser cable as well.
I did my W900i which was locked to Vodafone and unlocked it in a minute.
