Quick Question, I'm currently running firmware R2E006 on Orange (fortunatly one of the first orange ones without the dumb orange logo stuck on it) and was just curious on updating it, is it worth poping it into a SE center and getting it rocked upto R6* or not, what the majour differences between R2 and R6 (besides 4 versions ) and are they worth upgrading to. Friend on Voda got his T68 upgraded to R6 and at first glance I cant see any difference, he got his done at carphone warehouse, spose I'll need to take mine to orange shop as I spose they have a customised firmware (allthough I dont use line2)

Any ideas guys?

you can use search on the software versions - My new T68 is running R2F004 - orange shops dont have service centres - your better off ringing on 08705 237237 or going to CPW. [addsig]

What do you mean by search on the new software? if it's just for 'web browsing' then that dont bother me a jot and I'll wait for a decent reason to upgrade, I've heard a few stories of the new software cutting down on battery life?
