How to delete all personal data from phone |

I'm handing in my K800 tomorrow, and would like to know the best way to permanently delete all personal and sensitive data from the phone.
There is some data I do not want to be retrieved and heard that it is possible when doing a standard delete. Also is there a way to delete all files quickly.
Need to delete from both phone memory and memory stick.
Any help would be appreciated. (have tried searching)
Thanks |

well, master reset erases the all data. it restores the default files. no data wont be saved. i think data counter, total time call, etc. wont get erased.
you can format your memory stick duo/pro duo at file manager, press more then format ext. mem.
i donno if i misunderstood your question, didnt i?

Thanks. I can do all that, so I should be ok then.
I was under the impression that there was a rpogram that permenently deleted files, so they couldn't be retrieved. I could be worrying over nothing though. |
