I'm handing in my K800 tomorrow, and would like to know the best way to permanently delete all personal and sensitive data from the phone.

There is some data I do not want to be retrieved and heard that it is possible when doing a standard delete. Also is there a way to delete all files quickly.

Need to delete from both phone memory and memory stick.

Any help would be appreciated. (have tried searching)

Thanks

well, master reset erases the all data. it restores the default files. no data wont be saved. i think data counter, total time call, etc. wont get erased.

you can format your memory stick duo/pro duo at file manager, press more then format ext. mem.

i donno if i misunderstood your question, didnt i?

Thanks. I can do all that, so I should be ok then.

I was under the impression that there was a rpogram that permenently deleted files, so they couldn't be retrieved. I could be worrying over nothing though.
