hi ok my problem is i bought w810i that was assigned to rogers and i got it unlocked and everything but now i cant download pictures or anything that i get mms etc
i called in fido they give me all the information but i dont really know what to enter where is there any ? tuts on how to get this done |

Thats right! You can get all your setting from the  support site.
By unlocking I think you meant de-branding?
If you have debranded the phone then all the mms, email and gprs settings will have been wiped clean off the phone as well as other personal info.
These need to be reinstalled. 
On the other hand I am sure some extra features should have been unlocked for you.

well i got w810i from a rogers friend works there so he got it for me and i am on fido so i was not able to use it and i got it unlocked by some friend who does that, and when i did that it keept all rogers info in there like their setup but it did not want to work lets say if i get mms or something so i called fido but they just told me that they dont support that model and thats it and i somehow found it on their page and now it works

ps what extra features are you talking about ? |
