Strange problem with received SMS-s in my new P990 |

Hello every1!
Last week I bought a P990. Very nice smart phone, I like it soo much.
I have now the last firmware, but also a very strange problem:
When my girlfriend sends me sms and I try to open it the phone said: Message incomplete; Access is denied!!!???
Do anyone has this problem and please help me to solve it.

It's a very illogical and unhelpful warning message (and is nothing to do with the message being incomplete).
This problem arises when you have the same contact in both the SIM card and the handset's contacts database.
The best solution I've found is to delete the contacts of your SIM card  - although it's a pity that you have to do this to get the P990 to work!

Or move the contacts from the SIM to a folder of your choice in the phone. Isolate the SIM entries and make new folders via the folder icon in the top right corner.
better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. |
