I have adapter that I want to use with my Memory Stick Pro Duo to transfer data from to PC.
I am not sure do I need to switch phone off (k750i) every time before I remove/insert memory stick.
Thanks

You do not need to switch the phone off.

I actually ment usb card reader, not adapter.
I use my memory stick to transfer data to pc all the time and was worried that I might damage card or phone and was switching it off every time.
I just took it out now with phone onn and it didnt complain
