Wonder if it was a glitch in your system, or something Laffen and Co have been trying out?
I have noticed though that we now get a 'goto page' box on threads with a large number of pages, very useful!

Could be a glitch. I've actually noticed it a couple of times. Very random.

not a glitch, the encoding is set incorrectly.
Right click on the page, go to encoding, choose English (Windows) or Western European (Windows)
