How do I install a game through the .jad file, I thought that SE's didn't need the Jad file?

That is correct. Unlike many other brands, phones don't need the .jad file most of the times, but sometimes, they do, especially if the supplier of the program or game says so. In thos cases, you need to put BOTH the .jar and the .jad file on the phone, for example, in the "other" folder, then select install from the menu on the jad file. The .jad file is a very short text file that describes the java app, the name of it, the size of it, the memory it needs, and where the .jar file can be found.
