Hello,
I'm using SE K800i. It is very frustrating when I receive a video call. The caller image on my phone is very clear, but my image on caller's phone is at very low quality. There is so many noise. The caller is using Motorola V3x.I guess, the small camera at the top of K800i used for video call is not so good, its just my assumption, is anybody know what is main the cause? Is it because of setting or other factor?

I think the problem comes from the small resolution of your front camera, not the operator.
Reason I say this is that I sometimes make video calls with my girlfriend, and while my picture are from great and clear resolution, her picture is from very low quality. We are both at the same operator but she uses SE Z800i, I use a SE P990i.
Just like you she complaints seeing me well but herself very bad.

I'll come back and confirm my thoughts after Christmas as she's going to receive the SE W850i as gift.

Its both! Front camera quality is not high. Not even 1megapixel usually, plus data rates for video calls are relativly low (just a tad faster than dialup on your landline). Hope this helps.

Are you on a UMTS SIM and using it for the video call?
