Just to let everyone know that laffen has been away from esato because he has been suffering from repetitive strain injury caused by too much work in front of the PC and is now recovering.
So i just wanted to take this opportunity to wish laffen well and a speedy recovery!

leffen !! rest as much as you can. Also nice idea if you can't sleep at night, grab the Sony Ericsson and Wap to esato, we hope to hear good things from you. And hope you're up and going before christmas. I don't think it will be very merry with you sick on bed

The best treatment for R.S.I is usually Physiotherapy and lots of rest coupled with a good diet. other treatements can be found HERE
