I usually surf wap with my phone n use it extensively for messaging. Can last for two to three days. Just dun play with it too much as the light consumer the power alot constant usage wont drain the batt that fast.

New battery need to be charged a few times to get maximum capacity of storage therefore you should not use it too much when it is new. Or maybe your service signal is not strong enough and the phone need more power for gprs anyway you will find it better later on

I have also just taken delivery of my T68i and am having similar issues with my battery capacity. I charged it for 10 hours when I first received it (as the guy in the shop told me) and after 1 day, the battery icon went to half its full capacity, all I did was play games and added my contacts, etc... I did not make any calls.
I then charged it up again for a few hours until the battery icon showed up as full. It has now been going for 1.5 days and it is now less than half again, with perhaps 1 or 2 calls, and game playing. Is this normal? Also when you push the slider up, it shows the standy time left, if i do this 3 or more times, i get different results, and by quite a margin. It may show 150 hours standy time left one time, then the next 40 hours standby time. Whats the deal with this? |
