my network provider doesn't allowed sending mms international for now.

not sure...that is why i want to try it 
i am assumming that if it does there are no extra charges for the international messages as it is data being sent just like any other data... |

i try it. location California . 714-595-9145 i dont think u have to dial 01 for Canada to US. give it a try
