they are on the orange website on PAYG now for £180 which includes the mandatory £10 top up, plus an extra £20 credit. Which coincidentally is how much orange charge for an unlock code on PAYG
so in reality you can get an unlocked one for £180, just need to wait a week or so for the unlock code from orange after requesting it
