You need to dial the customer care number that is on your phone bill.

o2 have different providers so they are the best people to speak to.

I hope this helps.

If you need any more, then please can you , let me know if its o2 direct, o2 online, o2 cpw.

do they have a retentions team like here in uk?

this team is responsible for keeping o2 customers to stay with them - everytime i use the same old line "vodafone/orange/tmobile have a better deal" they believe me and give me stupid things to stay. my life with them so far is:

2002: o2 max @ £75 a month 1000 xnet mins and 750 text
2003: 1000 mins and 500 text for £50 month
2004: 1500 and 1000 text for £30 a month
2005: 1500 and 1000 text for £25 a month
current deal(and im not lying): 2000 xnet mins and 1200 text for £12.99 a month - also included is unlimited downloads with 1gig a month as fair usage policy.

and not once have i ever gone over my mins or used any extra texts im milking them for they have. oh as well since 2004 ive never had to pay for my phones including the p910i and p990

Dial 2020 from ur phone, they have quite a few options, I think you will just have to go and Press 0 like I did. O2 are activating GPRS so I can send and recieve MMS in the past they've told me I can't ive gotta change my tariff.. So im pretty chuffed now the womans phoning me monday cos it takes 3 days to sort ;-)
