I completely lost sound on my Sony Ericsson w900. I didn't drop, or anything, it was plug in to the pc, when unplug it had no sound, it works ok, but can't hear mp3s when playing, can't hear video sound when playing videos, cant hear ringtones when ringing, all I get is a hissing noise. I get a little sound when using the earphones. Any clue as what happened and how it can be fixed? | |

check that the volume is up or silent mode off. if this didnt work try a master reset.
