Hi. Although the T68i is a crackin phone I am starting to think the camera is worthless. Whilst I realise it is primarily a phone I thought it would be fun to use the camera for them "one off moments". Please tell me if I'm doing something wrong but when I clip the camera on to the phone It is near on impossible to focus thru the T68i screen. If I move it whilst viewing it's completely blurred for 5-10 seconds. After taking the picture (not quite sure what I've took at this point) I try to view it and it is terrible quality, to the point of not being able to identify who I just snapped, which defeats the object of attaching a snap to a number in the phone. I've tried it outside from differing ranges which seems to produce a black & white..ish snap for some reason. I also tried sending them to my PC by IR to see if the additional colors on would change my views but alas the quality is dog$hi*e.... Some lad in the boozer had the 7650 at the weekend and to be fair the pictures were excellent despite the phone resembling a breeze block..
Any advice appreciated & thanx for your time..

The 7650 does have a better lcd quality than the t68i because it sports a 4056 colors as to the 256 colors of the t68i, plus the screen size. But the mca-20 has a better picture quality than the 7650 when you download it to your PC. the 7650 tends to have a "bluish" haze into it.

Taken with the MCA-20 on a sunday afternoon inside my room.

You've gotta be joking mate. If that was my shot you would probably be able to make out the shape of the monitor. Did you have to edit it massively, what resolution did you use & howe did you upload it to the PC.
Cheers again

I will admit the quality of on screen pics i somewhat dissapointing,but if u select the biggest pic size,in the camera menu,then send them 2 ur pc,the quality iz outstanding.i can suggest sumit that will improve screen quality,when ur in the main menu of the camera (take picture,view pictures etc) do the following press *##*,and this will access the colour contrast of the camera,it does help,i use it,and ma pics r great,best colour level is 25 ok,i hope i helped,tell me how u got on

i have a t68i with the mca-25 camera attatchment, and i have to say the screen on the phone is pretty bad, but when u upload them to the computer its pretty decent pic, i have the camera set 640x480 and i upload them thru bluetooth, and the camera is pretty good, lets not forget that this is an attatchment to snapping pics with the camera, not a professional digital camera ok?? don't judge the pic by just the viewscreen, upload them and see for yourself....

@scan1703

What camera do you have? Are you sure you have the Official MCA-20? By the sounds of your quality of picture it suggests that you have a replica camera such as the terrible X-68.

See links to compare images:

Big difference!
