I tried flashing my k750i cid 49 using wotan it flashed and now when you start up Check configurations settings contact operator. Whats next step guys tried updating with seus, it says it has done but nothing changes please help guys. |

Exactly same problem on my K610i happened thursday mate. It gets right to end then fails. Updated through SEUS but same problem. Help us somebody. |

Sounds like a completion problem; can you access the service menu to check the f/w??

Fails where exactly?? During finalisation(completion)?? Or a config error on power-up, like David's??
Guys, I can tell you both that, assuming you're using DCU-60 cables(that come wiht the phones), you cannot repair phones without a proper service cable......and SEUS won't repair a faulty phone at all, regardless of cable used. IIM, I use DaVinci/Cruiser cable myself....

Mal, yes it looks like a completion/finalisation problem.......
.....I don't use Wotan, but DaVinci will let me perform finalisation as a job on it's own, if Wotan also does this try it(if you have credits); you may need to get DaVinci credits(or find someone nice) if not!

Well i still have the Wotan credit mate it didnt take the credit for some reason. Its a joke as this is the 3rd phone ive used and every time i encounter some sort of problem like not recieving the credit details. Grr
