The current highest bidder doesn't appear to have the best feedback I've ever seen. If I was the OP I'd remove his bids and put more measures in to ensure idiots like him don't go bidding on my listings.

well as the winning buyer was a scammer, just offer the second highest bidder a second chance offer or what ever its called, it offers them to purchase at the price the bidded....
